As the founder and lead drain technician of Captain Rooter, I operate on three basic principles: communication, strong work ethic, and customer service. I'm a certified drain technician through the International Institute of Sewer & Pipe Cleaning, a state-licensed Water Heater Installer, and a DEQ septic installer and maintenance provider. With over 20 years of construction experience starting as a plumbing apprentice in 2004 and nine years of in-depth understanding of sewer systems, I founded Captain Rooter to deliver honest diagnosis, upfront pricing, and plumbing work done right the first time. We serve Lane County with clogged drains and sewer line repair to water heater replacement, with same-day service available for most calls.
