I'm Marjorie at mjDavidson Consulting, providing mechanical and plumbing engineering design services since 2010. With 35 years of experience in commercial and institutional building HVAC and plumbing design, I work on facility upfit and replacement projects with concerns for overall energy usage and environmental impact. I hold a Virginia Tech degree in mechanical engineering, am a licensed Professional Engineer, LEED AP O+M, and member of IFMA and ASHRAE. I work independently and collaborate with architects and engineers to provide complete MEP design services that help building owners achieve the best solutions for facility growth and maintenance.
